Dring dring drong! The alarm rings at 5.30 a.m. on Monday 29 July. And while we finish waking up Sam and me, here is the video of the report:
Sam and I finish loading the car with the things, don't forget to eat and drink, the road is going to be long. It is 6:17 am when we leave, accompanied by a
thin crescent moon. Direction ? Carcassonne, then Barcelona, Almerìa and finally Berja, our arrival.
On the road, as I like to do, I find signs that I find funny.
Then, passing near Toulouse with Ariane 5 from the Cité de l'Espace.
Then it is the ramparts of Carcassonne that we leave on our left.

And here we are, Spain !
With its Costa, its sun, and many other things to discover for the next 10 days! And still in the signs, a half sign in Arabic
as well as a rather special sign ... a supermarket dedicated to sex toys ... okay ... I ... very good ...
Further, here we are finally with a view to the Mediterranean Sea! We had seen it before crossing the border, but there it will remain in sight for a long time.
And finally, on a highway air, big break to eat and rest a little, it is hot despite the open windows and we begin to see our water supplies well lowered.
We take the road after a while and we pass Alicante, then return to the land where a giant bull guards the place.
Ha! A sign to indicate Almería and ... the industrial polygon ... er?
Night falls and we pass on the highway just above Almería, then we pass El Ejido while the sky offers us beautiful colors.
Another 20 minutes and here we are in Berja and Sam's family home. The alleys are pretty even at night !
It is almost midnight, we arrived, after 1'427km of road, it is good and dry, the night will be good !
But just before going to sleep, we take advantage of the clear sky to take a quick photo of Jupiter and its Galilean satellites.
